How to measure for gloves To find out your glove size follow the instructions below.

A) Measure around the hand at the fullest part (exclude thumb)

B) measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the hand

C) Use the LARGEST of these two measurements for the correct size glove

You should use your dominant hand, the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.

Medium size is 7 inches or 18cm

Large size is 7.5inches or 19cm
